Get the hottest trend in poolscape decorating with one of our scupper or fire and water bowls! These gorgeous accent pieces can make a subtle statement with gently flowing water, or a grand centerpiece with fire that dances above a cascading waterfall! Start by choosing your bowl type and size, then select any extra enhancements for your fire and water bowl (such as media and an AWEIS), and voila! As soon as everything is processed, our master artisans will begin handcrafting your bowl.

Choose from a variety of USA-made fire and water bowls:

  • Multiple sizes to choose from!
  • Rustic concrete or lustrous hand-hammered copper pools - all resistant to weather and splashes from the pool.
  • Durable enough to last for years – even in inclement weather.
  • Easy connection into your swimming pool's control system - that will make your contractor happy!
  • Fire and water bowls are compatible with either natural gas or propane. Natural gas bowls can be embellished with fire glass (we'll help you calculate how much you will need)!

Your local gas contractor can provide a helping hand for installing gas lines to your fire and water bowls. Please visit our Info Center for answers to frequently asked questions, as well as downloadable manuals

PLEASE NOTE: Fire glass can be used with natural gas burning features ONLY. Fireside Expressions is adamant about this for the safety of our valued customers.

  • Because propane is heavier than natural gas, it will sink to the bottom of your feature. Small pieces of fire glass will not allow propane to circulate, and this can lead to the explosion of this particular media. Even with larger fire glass pieces, there is still not enough room for the gas to dissipate from wind and other factors. Lava rock allows propane to dissipate and is the safest choice for propane features. (In addition, it is always a good idea to incorporate lava rock into the bottom portion of natural gas burning features.)

Your fire and water bowl will amaze your guests and add an attractive ambiance to your backyard living space! Remember that our concrete fire bowls are very heavy - please have some help maneuvering it to its designated location! As always, our friendly customer service experts are happy to answer any questions you may have when you call us at 1-888-986-1535.

We recommend covering the burner with a layer of cinders/lava rock. These should be 1" diameter or larger. Glass should then be used as a topping over cinders/lava rock to approximately 2” in depth. This helps save material, money, and allows for safer operation.
