Fall in love with this Genoa-style concrete fire bowl that is truly "bellissimo" (that's beautiful, in Italian)! Fireside Expressions has the design trend you're looking for with our 33 inch round bowl. A picture of classical elegance and delicate style, it will absolutely compliment any traditional (or swanky!) outdoor decor.
While it has its roots during the eras of art and culture, Genoa, Italy, was a bit more reserved than some of its larger, more eloquent sister-cities. That doesn't mean it lacked in taste and quality craftsmanship. We wanted to recreate that uncomplicated design approach with this line of fire bowls. Choose from nine natural tones and our American artisans will mix this color into the concrete during the hand pouring process. This will ensure that you will never have to "touch up" this feature with paint. A 2" hole is prepared in the bottom of the bowl so that your contractor can thread a gas line to make your fire accent operational. Thinking of using this bowl as a planter? The hole will be sufficient for water drainage!
For a little bit of pizzazz, we can help you enhance the look of your bowl with our collection of shimmering fire glass and rustic lava rock. We know you are going to love decorating your outdoor living space with these unique Genoa-style concrete fire bowls!
When creating a fire feature, we've got you covered! Our stainless steel circle burner comes with an installation kit that includes a flex line, nipple, ball valve, flange, and key (all parts are 1/2" in diameter). Your certified gas contractor will have all the components necessary for installation. Your fire bowls will be up and flaming in no time!
Don't let the weather decide when you'll be using your concrete fire bowl. Our AWEIS (All Weather Electronic Ignition System) makes lighting your fire feature fast and easy. They deliver big results! They can stay lit even in the rain!
Your concrete fire bowl will only be complete when you select your choice of fire media. Fire glass can be used with natural gas burning features ONLY. Fireside Expressions is adamant about this for the safety of our valued customers. Choose from a variety of bold reflective glass colors to accent the shade of your natural gas concrete bowl. When the fire is lit, it will look like it is shimmering on ice!
Because propane is heavier than natural gas, it will sink to the bottom of your feature. Small pieces of fire glass will not allow propane to circulate, and this could can lead to explosion of this particular media. Even with larger fire glass pieces, there is still not enough room for the gas to dissipate from wind and other factors. Lava rock allows propane to dissipate and is the safest choice for propane features.
