Copper Cone Automated Torch | 30VDC
Bring convenient flame lighting to an outdoor living space with the Copper Cone Automated Tiki Torch. Its 16-gauge spun copper torch head provides a distinctive appearance, while the automated Vulcan Fire Module makes operation convenient through a hard-wired installation. The ignition system is designed to relight the torch automatically if weather causes the flame to go out.
Designed for liquid propane, this model produces up to 25,000 BTUs and uses a 30 VDC ignition system. The torch measures 14 1/4 inches high by 7 5/8 inches wide and features a stainless steel base with a black high-heat powder-coated finish.
Key Features:
- Automated Vulcan Fire Module ignition system
- Automatic relighting if the flame is extinguished by weather
- 16-gauge spun copper torch construction
- Stainless steel base with black high-heat powder coating
- Maximum heat output of 25,000 BTUs
- Designed for liquid propane
- 30 VDC electrical system
- Standard 1/2" FIP gas inlet
Important Information:
The required power supply is sold separately and is not included with the torch. When planning multiple torches, specify whether they should be powered together or separately.
Copper naturally oxidizes outdoors and will develop a patina over time. Saltwater pools, coastal air, and other salty environments can accelerate this process. Stainless steel components may also develop surface rust in salt-exposed environments and require periodic cleaning.
FAQs:
Q: What fuel does this Copper Cone tiki torch use?
A: This configuration is designed for liquid propane.
Q: Does the torch automatically relight?
A: Yes. The Vulcan Fire Module is designed to restart the torch if weather causes the flame to go out.
Q: Is the 30 VDC power supply included?
A: No. The required power supply is sold separately.
Q: Will the copper finish change outdoors?
A: Yes. Natural oxidation causes copper to darken and eventually develop a blue-green patina. Saltwater and coastal environments can accelerate this process.
Fit / Measuring / Safety Notes:
- Confirm the installation location, fuel supply, electrical requirements, and gas connection before installation.
- Standard gas inlet is 1/2" FIP; other inlet sizes are stated as available but should be confirmed before ordering.
- Maximum inlet gas pressure is 0.5 psi.
- A compatible 30 VDC power supply is required and sold separately.
- For multiple torches, determine whether the units will be powered together or separately before installation.
- Follow the supplied installation instructions and pre-installation checklist.
- Copper patina is a natural material change and may develop more rapidly around saltwater or coastal environments.
- Stainless steel can develop removable surface rust when regularly exposed to salt or ocean air.
