I searched for days trying to find a long (84") burner for my outdoor gas fireplace. The size was already a challenge, but also the burners I found would be super cheap quality and price around $100 or really expensive $1500 to $3000. I worked with Lindsey who was absolutely amazing. She had me send pictures of what my fireplace looked liked and she had her engineers send over suggestions and options. In the end Lindsey had a high quality stainless steel burner custom made to my exact specifications with a compete install kit for around $600. I needed it for a large party I was having in 2 weeks and the standard wait time was 2 weeks plus 3-5 day shipping which was to risky for my deadline. Lindsey however was able expedite my order for a small charge. The estimated was 1 week but to my surprise the burner was ordered, custom built and shipped in 24 hours.

I love my fire bowls. When I am ready for the fountain in my side yard, I'll be calling you!

I must say the ladies in customer service really do go above and beyond. They have been quick to respond and extremely helpful. I can not wait to get my concrete bowls and install them. Thank you Dana and Lindsey for great service.
